Nitrogen PDA · Mobile warehouse management for Mikro ERP
Your warehouse on the handheld, your stock instantly in Mikro.
Record every movement from receiving to shipping, from counts to field sales, by barcode. Paper, retyping and “the system says yes, the shelf says no” are over.
- Mikro Jump Basic · Jump · Fly

- Batch/lot & expiry tracking
- 8menu groups
- 66operations
- 1.366configurable parameters

Sound familiar?
Are these sentences heard in your warehouse too?
Each one is a hidden cost: wrong shipments, lost time, stock nobody trusts. Nitrogen PDA answers each of them on the floor.
-
“The system says 40, the shelf has 12.”
With Nitrogen PDA
Stock that is always right
Every receipt, issue and transfer is done by scanning and posted to Mikro ERP at the same moment. No more end-of-day batch entry or “we'll enter it later”.
-
“The wrong item went to the customer again.”
With Nitrogen PDA
Nothing ships unscanned
Picking and shipping are scanned against the order. Items not on the order, excess quantities or the wrong location trigger an instant warning.
-
“We close the warehouse for two days to count.”
With Nitrogen PDA
Count without closing
Count by location or product group, a section at a time. Differences are confirmed in Mikro automatically and in/out slips are created for you.
-
“Only one person knows where that item is.”
With Nitrogen PDA
Know-how in the system, not in someone's head
With location-based storage every item's shelf is recorded. The handheld guides staff to the right location, so new starters are productive on day one.
-
“We retype dispatch notes from paper.”
With Nitrogen PDA
No retyping
Dispatch notes, invoices and warehouse slips are created on the handheld and printed if needed. Accounting finds the same document ready in Mikro.
-
“We shipped an expired lot without noticing.”
With Nitrogen PDA
Batch/lot and expiry under control
Batch/lot and expiry are checked at the moment of work. Expired lots are kept out of picking and sorting rules follow first-in, first-out.
Common misconceptions: what Nitrogen PDA is not, and what it does
-
It does not replace your ERP.
It takes Mikro's power to the floor; every movement is posted to Mikro at the same moment.
-
It is not just a barcode scanning app.
It runs the whole process with validation, rules, routes and reports.
-
It is not a one-size-fits-all package.
It adapts to your layout and workflow with more than 1,300 parameters.
-
It does more than digitise manual work.
It stops wrong items, quantities and locations on the floor, before errors happen.
-
It is not only a receiving or shipping tool.
It brings warehouse, production, subcontracting, field sales and e-documents into one app.
-
It is not a complicated interface.
Simple scan-and-confirm screens that new staff learn quickly.
-
Right item, right location, first time.
Scan-and-confirm stops mistakes before they happen.
-
No paper, no retyping.
Work done in the warehouse lands in Mikro with its documents.
-
Whatever happens in the warehouse, on your screen instantly.
Shipments, receipts, picking and late orders on a live dashboard.

A day in the warehouse
From morning receiving to evening reports
An ordinary working day in a warehouse that uses Nitrogen PDA, with real screens.
-
08:30
Receiving and put-away
Goods from the supplier are scanned against the order; shortages and overages show instantly. Items are put away by scanning the location the system suggests.
-
10:00
Planning the day's shipments
In the dispatch panel customer orders are grouped and dispatch orders are created by vehicle and warehouse on one screen.
-
11:00
Order picking
Pickers follow the most efficient route location by location; nothing moves on without scanning the location and item. On busy days several people can pick the same order at once.
-
14:00
Dispatch note and shipping
When picking is done the dispatch note is created on the handheld, printed with driver and vehicle details, and sent as an e-dispatch if you wish.
-
15:30
Inter-warehouse transfer
Goods going to a branch are tracked through a transit warehouse; stock on the road is visible and the receiving site accepts it by scanning.
-
17:00
End of day: reports and checks
The manager sees shipments, receipts, picked orders and late deliveries on the warehouse dashboard. No surprises.

Hardware
Hardware solutions for your warehouse operations
Floor devices matter as much as the software. We plan handhelds, tablets, scales, barcode printers and scanners from the brands we work with, together with your software processes.
Handheld terminals
Receiving · Counting · Picking · Shipping
Support your warehouse operations with handheld terminals used to scan barcodes and enter data on the floor during receiving, stock counts, picking and shipping.
Tablets
Operation tracking · Viewing lists · Data entry
Follow warehouse lists, operation screens and work orders on a larger screen. Choose tablets according to where they will be used and what your applications need.
Desktop barcode printers
Product labels · Shelf labels · Carton labels
Prepare product, shelf and carton labels at your workstation. For everyday labelling, choose options that suit your print volume, label size and label material.

- Kodprint
Mobile Bluetooth printers
On-the-spot printing · Mobile labelling · Receipts
Take label or receipt printing to the point where the work is done. For mobile use, consider the device connection, print type and software support together.
Industrial barcode printers
High volume · Production · Packing · Shipping
For heavy labelling, choose printers that suit your print volume and working environment. Support the labels needed at production, packing and shipping points.
Wired and wireless barcode scanners
Fixed use · Mobile use · Barcode scanning
Consider wired or wireless barcode scanners for fixed workstations and mobile operations. Pick the right device for the barcode type, reading distance and connection you need.
Weighbridges and scales
Weighed receiving · Weighed labels · Shipping checks
For goods handled by weight, plan weighbridges and scales together with your warehouse workflow for receiving, weighed labels and shipping checks. Choose options that suit the weighing capacity and the point of use.
Android 10 or later is recommended for handhelds and tablets.
