Nitrogen UTS · Production

Your shop floor, in step with Mikro ERP

Nitrogen UTS takes the order from Mikro and runs it on the floor by set and station route, or by order-specific BOM and batch. Operators record on the kiosk, quality checks at the station, and consumption and output post to Mikro Jump and Fly instantly.

  • Integrated with Mikro Jump & Fly
  • Set and station routes
  • BOM, batch and project
  • Kiosk, tablet, handheld
  • Live plant dashboard

Features

What does Nitrogen UTS do?

Key capabilities are below; the full module list, flow and roles are on the detailed tour page.

  • Production planning

Plan which product runs in which workshop, line or machine, and track subcontractor and line load.

  • Work orders and routing

Take work orders from Mikro or create them in UTS, and manage revisions and delays.

  • Station and machine monitoring

See which machines are running, stopped or planned on one live screen.

  • Operator screen

Operators start, stop, record output and scrap from their station.

  • Barcode production tracking

Collect data with barcodes on lines and at subcontractors to prevent loss.

  • MRP and materials

Plan material needs just in time and track them by lot and shelf.

  • Pre-costing and actual cost

Define bills of materials and pre-costs, and compare them with actual cost by stage.

  • Barcode cartons and loading

Track export loads with barcodes and build packing lists.

  • Set and station routes

Split orders into sets and lines, and send each set through stations such as cutting, profile, assembly and packing in sequence.

  • Station queues

Each station only sees jobs whose earlier steps are done; assembly never picks up a set before it is cut.

  • Plant dashboard and bottlenecks

Progress, waiting work and average and longest wait by plant and station.

  • Quality control

Open in-process and final inspection forms at the station; an out-of-limit result blocks the batch or set before it ships.

  • Labels and traceability

Print finished goods labels with batch and barcode, and trace back from the label to raw material lots and shipments.

  • Staff assignment

Assign orders to teams or staff at stations such as assembly, and track unassigned work separately.

How it works

The process, step by step

Every step on the floor is recorded in one flow and posted to Mikro ERP.

  1. 01

    Order comes from Mikro

Orders and work orders come from Mikro ERP or are created in UTS.

  2. 02

    Route or BOM

The order is tied to a set and station route, or an order-specific BOM and batch is built; then it is planned by capacity.

  3. 03

Production and quality at the station

Operators start on the kiosk and record output, scrap and downtime; quality checks happen at the station.

  4. 04

    Labels, shipping and Mikro

Finished goods are labelled and prepared for shipping; consumption and output are posted to Mikro as documents.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

It suits manufacturers working to work orders or sales orders: chemicals, paints and cosmetics producers working with formulas and batches; line producers such as electronics, appliances and automotive suppliers; project-based producers such as machinery, steel construction and custom fabrication; as well as textiles, food, furniture and general manufacturing.

Yes. The recipe is defined as a formula; production is tracked by batch and lot number, materials are consumed by weighing through the scale link, and you can trace which raw material lots went into each batch.

Work orders are tied to projects and phases; material, labour and subcontracting cost is collected per project, and project progress and due-date risk are tracked on one screen.

It is fully integrated with Mikro Jump and Mikro Fly; shop-floor movements are posted to the ERP instantly.
