End-to-end control from warehouse to field
The moment staff scan a barcode, the transaction is recorded in Mikro. Which shelf an item is on, who handled it, which order it belongs to and when it shipped are all tracked, so operations no longer depend on people's memory.

Location-based storage
Unlimited location hierarchy from mezzanine to aisle, volume and weight capacity, item-location allow and deny lists. Full or hybrid tracking lets you switch to locations without a stock count.

Order picking
Shortest route, location and item validation, expiry, lot and serial checks. Several people can pick one order and partial completion ships what is ready without waiting.

Batch, lot and serial numbers
Lot numbers are generated automatically; 1,000 units split into 10 lots in one step and all lot labels print together. Serials are captured by scanning, and reserved orders keep warranty traceable.

QR code support
QR templates parse supplier codes in a single scan; 17 different data types flow from the floor into the system and are reused on outgoing labels.

Dynamic packaging
Mixed items are grouped into a carton, box or pallet under one barcode. Scanning the package label adds everything inside it to the dispatch note at once.

Vehicle check-in and check-out
Vehicle check-in starting from the security log, with vehicle, carrier and driver details, dock planning and net weight from entry and exit weighing.

Loading orders and shipping
With loading orders created in Mikro, several orders go onto one vehicle in drop sequence; barcode validation blocks wrong items and quantities.

Location-based counting
Count location by location without stopping, with authorised users only. Counts are started, stopped and confirmed centrally and results flow into the Mikro count sheet.

Production
Issue to production, transfers, consumption, finished and semi-finished receipts, operation completion, scrap and waste are recorded on the floor, keeping costs current.

Subcontracting in and out
Goods sent to and returned from subcontractors are tracked on the floor, showing where they are and how long they have been out.

Field sales
Orders, deliveries, stock, collections and expenses are managed in the field; customer and item cards are opened and orders approved on site.

e-Documents
Integrated with Mikro ERP and e-Mikro; e-invoices and e-dispatch notes are issued in the field, printed or shared as PDF.
