The need
A cabinet is made of dozens of parts: body, doors, shelves, accessories. Unless it's clear which work order is at which stage in the metal shop and which sheet went into which job, neither cost nor delivery dates can be pinned down.
The solution
Material receipts and issues to production are done with Nitrogen PDA, and work orders and per-operation output with Nitrogen UTS. Finished cabinets are received into stock and shipped against orders, with every step posted to Mikro.

- Sheet and accessory consumption is tied to the work order
- Warehouse and production share the same stock data
