The need
Looking to optimise its operations, Lider Kozmetik could not achieve full continuity between processes because production, quality management and cost accounting were run separately. The goal was to bring all of them together in a single integrated structure.
The solution
Quality control with Nitrogen QMS, production tracking with the MMS production module and stock movements with the Warehouse Management module were rolled out, all integrated with Mikro ERP.
The results
- Production, quality and warehouse processes now run as one
- Cost accounting is now fed by production data from the floor
- The ERP transformation was completed successfully
