As data controller, Nitrogen Yazılım A.Ş. (the "Company") processes the personal data you submit through the careers form on our website as described below.

Please do not include special categories of personal data in your CV (e.g. health, religion, association membership); such data is not needed to assess your application.
2. Purposes of processing
- Receiving and assessing your application and running the candidate selection process
- Contacting you to schedule interviews and to share the outcome of your application
- With your explicit consent, keeping your application for suitable future positions
- Ensuring information security and preventing misuse of the form
3. Legal grounds
- Processing directly related to the establishment of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c): assessing the application before an employment contract
- Legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f): security of processing and prevention of misuse
- Explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1): keeping the application for future positions
4. How the data is collected
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated means, when you fill in the careers form on our website and upload your CV. Your application is sent to the Company's email address and an application record is kept in a restricted area on our server.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is shared only for the purposes above and only as needed: with Company employees involved in assessing applications and with suppliers providing website hosting, email and information security services. Our website is served through a content delivery network (Cloudflare) for security and performance, and your form data is transmitted through this infrastructure; any resulting transfer abroad is carried out in line with KVKK art. 9. Beyond this, your data is not sold to third parties or transferred for marketing.
6. Retention
Your application is kept during the assessment. If you did not consent to it being kept for future positions, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of the process; if you did consent, at the latest 1 (one) year after the application date. If you are hired, your data is processed as part of your personnel file, with separate notice.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction under KVKK art. 7, to request that these actions be notified to recipients, to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
